Sorry but you are not being very clear here - are you saying it wen t from "in progress" to showing as being cancelled, if so then it might be that you subsequently failed the second deeper credit check so ordering it multiple times isn't going to help. You could try contacting Sky to see if they can confirm that this is what has happened.
