I just posted a request with a problem linking Sky Mobile to new Sky account.
I read other similar posts where this forum arranged for a chat with a Sky employee in the same situation.
No personal info was given, I said it was for my aunt, and asked if it was possible for me to do.
A simple reply saying "sorry, they cant do that" is a polite response
Simply deleting my post a couple of mins after I posted it, with no message sent to me, isn't.
