Basically I dropped my phone and really dont have the money to pay off the rest of the contract and its in no fit state to send back to sky for a swap. I cant afford to pay off the rest and the premium on the insurance is a similar amount.
Ive been a sky customer for 3 years and my annual bill is about £2,500 per annum. Can they help in terms of sending out a new phone and extending the contract or is it completely out the question?
I believe that would the ideal scenario for me Im in a 36 month contract with its being fully paid in may 2023. Has anyone had a scenario like this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @slh92 you would need to call sky free on 150 to see what they say, but don't be surprised if they say there is nothing they can do. You may just have to buy a cheap basic handset to make calls and send texts until you are in a better position or the broken handset is paid off.

Thought that might be the case! Even for loyal customers they arent very flexible really! Sky VIP is a bit of a slap in the face/ Con really considering how much my bill totals.
Thank you for the response
Much appreciated

I know VIP isnt a specialist feature for loyal individuals mate I didnt mean it to come across that way. But what I am trying to say about SKY VIP is. It's a farce and a slap in the face really. its not great feature and isnt enough for the loyal customers who do pay their bill on time etc

Yeah I just wanted to see if anyone else had been through something similar without hassling the person on the other end of the phone.
