IPhone 15 Plus not working

A few months ago i opened a contract through sky for a Iphone 15 Plus the phone worked fine for a few weeks and all of a sudden came up on the screen saying remove cable damage to usb c port ever since with new cables and plugs the phone has never worked with a cable so i've had to use wireless charging with the apple magsafe charger. Since this has happened last week the phone just stopped working completely i couldn't access anything other than imessage but only through SMS and then a 20/30 minutes later it would start working again and the same things happened tonight. I tried to get into contact with sky before about the charger port breaking but never heard back from them. I'm at a loss as i'm paying for something that doesn't actually work and i don't know where i can get help.
