I'm just wondering why won't it not allow me to purchase plan says something about my credit as I've never been wit sky before?

When you order a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

It sounds like you failed that check. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Also perhaps check that Sky have the correct spelling of your name.

I tried it so many times today it didint even ask for proof of id it's I was trying to purchase iPhone 17 pro max €0 upfront plus then I pay monthly but it kept saying about my credit that they added money onto the €0 upfront it's very confusing. I've never been wit sky all my life not even by mobile.

When  a credit check is carried out one of a few things will happen.

 

Your pass and can place the order and you receive the phone.

You only just pass so an upfront payment is required, this is then taken off what you will be paying for the phone over the length of the contract.

You failed the credit checks and the order is cancelled.

Proof of ID is not required when placing an order.
