I would never recommend sky mobile.
I switched over to Sky mobile December 2024 but the transition was not smooth at all. I used it for a month but the service kept on dropping. I tried to switch from the eSIM to a regular sim with no improvements. I ended up having to buy a third party eSIM to get coverage as Sky was unreliable. Sky mobile made it unbelievable challenging to cancel. The email and phone number they provided for cancellation were not operating. Eventually when I was able to cancel it within my first month trial I got charged for extra days while my number transferred back to my original provider. Overall, I called Sky mobile 4 times and went into their shop 3 times. At one point I had three of the store members trying to problem solve my connection issues with no success. While the in-store tech staff were friendly, the phone customer service and provided service was awful. It cost me more money and wasted so much time. Not worth it.

YOU DON'T LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS OR TAKE ANY ACTION! I HAVE A ROAMING PROBLEM OF WHICH I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE AND YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT TRY TO MAKE MY LIFE HELL! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER SKY AND EMPLY PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS AND FIX THEM!

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t (shouting at) contacting Sky Customer Services.
What roaming issue are you having?
