I won’t be renewing my phone contract with sky

When I took my phone contract out it said signal and reception great were I live it said I would get 4g and 5g I get 3G but it ding work and a small 4g and it works slightly .

Ok, but you need to tell Sky and not other customers...

Other customers should know the signal not great if you don't have WiFi and you are out and about you have nothing .

I think other customers will know the signal in their local area.

Of course, but we've no idea what part of the country this is.

Bear in mind other providers may be using the same masts.
