Hi @charl96 i think sky tend to offer discounts on the sim plans rather than the phones as part of the Black Friday circus. Something to bear in mind is Apple have discontinued the 15 Pro Max so stocks may not get replenished, if it's very important you get that phone then I would order now, just my opinion.
