I want to downgrade my current plan. Will there be any costs for that? Also can I continue to use my current piggy bank data after I downgrade?

You can change your mix every month - no cost involved. Your piggybank is unaffected.

If you reduce your data plan it doesn't come into affect until the next billing period. Any increase in the data plan is almost instant.
