I cannot make or receive calls or texts. I phoned sky from someone else's phone. Talked to 4 different people to try and get my PAC code. They refuse to send to my daughter in law's phone or email it or tell me over the phone even though they've done security . Don't know what to do as fault is with them .

@KazzaMary Have you tried requesting it through your Sky account? https://www.sky.com/hub/mobile/sim/x/my-number/leave

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
