Hello, does anyone know if you can turn off a child's data as we can turn off the WiFi and turn their phones off but my son has found a loop hole and turns his hotspot on his phone before his phone turns off and uses it for his schools ipad and I don't know how to stop his hotspot or data..... he has a Samsung phone, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
