I've sent back my old device but I'm still being charged for it.

I sent back my old device when I upgraded early to a new phone yet I'm still being charged for it, despite being told that it should pay off the remainder of the bill on it.

This will happen until the company that handles the returns for Sky has inspected the phone and omce this has happened the billing should stop so will work out with any overpayment refunded by way of a credit.
