I’ve recently joined sky mobile, I recieved 2 SIM cards but my account ha 3 SIM cards.

I have been sent 2 physical SIM cards but my account has 3 on it. 2 x 25GB and 1 free one that was 100mb. Not sure which one is missing? When the 2 ordered phones arrive from SKY, should I use these SIM cards although I suspect 1 is the 100mb one. Thank you.

When you activate the SIM you choose which plan is applied to it.

 

If you don't receive the 3rd SIM soon then call Sky to send you another.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
