That is odd so it might be worth speaking to them about this as you can't activate a sim until you have got it as you have to provide the code that comes along with it.

Hi @Glenn7373  those emails are automated so just ignore until you get the sim.

Many thanks but How can a sim show activated ( I haven't received it) when the phone hasn't been dispatched

You said in your opening post that the email you was sent was about activating it so you can only do this once you have it along with the phone. It shouldn't show as activated yet on your account.

I've not received it and it's showing activated on my account. I've not received the phone either
