I've had a new iPad with a sim account. I've been trying for four days to activate the eSIM but I can't progress as through link says it's not quite ready. I have a strong WiFi stable connection and mobile sky signal here is fine.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
