I’ve ordered a phone

  • I’ve ordered a phone yesterday and got told I’ll get it today but still waiting 
  • it's the 14 pro max

The most up to date information should be available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

We are customers so have no insider knowledge of stock levels and delivery times and it appears the delivery estimates on the website aren't always that accurate.

You should receive an email with an estimated delivery schedule on it so if you haven't yet keep an eye out for it and checks all spam and bill folders for it.
