I’ve ordered a new phone but when I go onto my orders it hasn’t been put on i have received an email

Ordered a phone not been put on my orders but sent me an email

If nothing appears then this will be because further financial checks that will be carried out so if you pass these checks then you should be able to track it sometime over the coming week.

But the money is come out my account and somewhere on the sky app says it's on back order which I'm not really sure what means

'On back order' means there is currently no stock to apply to your particular order.
