I upgraded to the s23 ultra and haven't received my bill credit yet

Hello, 

 

I have upgraded to the samsung 23 ultra and returned my old samsung to sky which has been accepted. I have not yet recieved the samsung trade in cashback of £150 into my account. Could you tell me when this will be recieved please?

I have already returned it to sky as that's what it said to do on the sky website 🙄
