I upgraded my mobile contract over the phone earlier but the link to sign doesn't work
Hello please can someone help.
I been sent a new mobile contract to sign, my account is linked and have received an email to sign so went through to my sky account.. There is a link saying sign here but it doesnt do anthing. There are no messages showing any information but I have paid my one off fee today for the new contract.
can anyone suggest abything please as I really dont want to hold it up any longer than I have to.

I have tried that and it just takes me back to the mobile front screen

One final thing to check @sussievet is your message centre here as this is where the credit agreement should be under contracts so do you see it:

Yes I did it over the phone, I have received the email and paid my upfront payment which has been taken from my bank. My account is linked and shows this
but it won't let me do anything

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
