I sign into my account then when i go to my piggy bank it signs me out again and says restriction

I sign in to my mobile account then click on piggy bank it comes up with page restricted why. When I click on my products it says I don't have any products and I have a phone ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
