Re: I sent a phone back
Was this an unwanted new device or a return as part of a swap?

Re: I sent a phone back
While it can take 2-3 weeks to process returned phones if you returned it back in December then this might be extended due to the Christmas and New year holidays so it might be a further week or two before you see some movement on this.

I'm pretty sure they would do that anyway/

Re: I sent a phone back
See the post from @caesarome which I think crossed with yours.
Its taking a number of weeks for Sky to receive, process, check for damage and then confirm a value for the device.

Re: I sent a phone back
Cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause additional problems. The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

Re: I sent a phone back
You might want to fill in this form to register a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
Not paying is the worst thing you can do.

Re: I sent a phone back
Seems the only option tho I've sent something to them for a service they offered and I've not been given that service, sounds like theft, also that very much sounds like your copy and pasting from a script, tried talking to the robot and that literally took me in a circle over and over no human contact. Think I'm done for now EE have some good deals on
