There is a big issue with customer phones being swithced out, In some instances there are reports that customers have received fake Iphones.
Wait for the outcome of the investigation but please consider that you may need to contact trading standard and the financial obbudsman as Sky oftern play hardball

Sky will carry out an investigation. Essentially they are hoping to find sufficient proof that the correct phone was sent from the distribution centre. They will likely dismiss your claim and expect you to continue paying for the phone.
Trading standards is an independant body that can help guide consumers through disputes.

Compared with the number delivered I suspect it's a very small percentage.
Logically, it's either:
1. The correct item was never in the box to start with.
2. The item was switched before or after entering the delivery system.
3. The correct item arrived but the recipient claims otherwise.
