I received my new mobile but I needed a return box for my tablet and didn't get 1

When I received my new Samsung s24 ultra, I was meant to get a return envelope to send back my tablet and I didn't get one, how can I get one from you please.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

Were you returning a tablet as part of a swap for a phone? If the packaging the mobile came in doesn't have a return label inside (we've been informed it can be hard to find) or that packaging isn't big enough to return a tablet you'll have to call Sky and request it, just dial 150 from your Sky sim.
