Were you returning a tablet as part of a swap for a phone? If the packaging the mobile came in doesn't have a return label inside (we've been informed it can be hard to find) or that packaging isn't big enough to return a tablet you'll have to call Sky and request it, just dial 150 from your Sky sim.
