I phone 14 blocked cannot make or receive calls

password forgotten will not charge up at all

have tried using laptop to unblock but no luck just cannot get into the phone at all

Without the PIN then the only option is a factory reset with loss of all data. (And then restore from backup if there is one)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
