I pay for my monthly contract sim but receive no data at all

@Sky I pay monthly for my sky mobile sim ,ive been getting my calls and txts but I can't get my data it's been doing this for nearly 2 months now ,I've tried everything sky told me to do but nothing has worked. .thanks

You're not contacting Sky by posting (multiple times) here.

 

This is a customer helps customer forum.

 

Have you tried your SIM in another phone?  Have you tried a known working SIM in your phone?

Have you applied APN settings?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
