Hi my I pad I ordered from sky last year is not working . I charged it to 100 percent and screen is black . I spoke to Siri on there and responded but the screen is still black help what do I do to get it back working , iv tried holding the top button on hoping that would work. But it's still black help..

@Rachel113 This is Apple's official advice https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102642 if that doesn't work then you need to either call Sky to arrange a repair(which may be at your cost if its software related) or take it to an Apple store to see if they can help.
