I need invoice number to claim gift

Use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

I'm having the same problem did you find the invoice number or did the credit agreement number work?

The credit agreement number is what is aslo known as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
