Network signal Ballynahinch Down

I've no/very poor signal in BT24 area of Co Down, Ballynahinch area, signal previously fine, changed on Tuesday evening, 

anyone else in this area struggling?   Signal fine in Carryduff/Belfast area. Trying to get Sky to look at issue
