Paying off a credit agreement
I spoke to a sky representative earlier on the phone so I could pay off in full one of my credit agreements. After 50 minutes on the phone, (25-30 mins of them just saying they were checking details) they eventually said that it was all done. However, since the call I've not had any money taken out the account, no email confirmation of the closed credit agreement and my Sky app hasn't updated. Is this normal?

I would give it to tomorrow to see if you account has updated to show that you have paid it off and if it hasn't you will need to speak to them about this.
