I need a replacement for a damaged SIM card and can’t see a way to order one

Hi I need a replacement for a damaged SIM and am unable to find how to order one through on My Sky.

Click on Manage Sim there is an option to replace or activate sim. Click that link and there is then an option to order a replacement sim.

You are not talking to Sky here as this is a customer helps customer forum so if you need a replacement sim card then you need to follow the advice already posted.

You will need to instigate a call to Sky. They won't call you.

150 is the number to call Sky from your mobile.
