I need a PAC code

I am leaving sky I want a pac code I have tried the normal way I didn't receive the text. I phoned up they said they would email me one but have never received the email. Please help

Tried that and now I've been in the phone for over 30 mins I've been out on hold I think they've forgotten about me not good
