I need PAC to activate the SIM

HELP PLEASE

I need PAC to activate the SIM and in my new phone. I am a SKY customer an want to keep same phone number. Please help me with this because I can't make or receive calls or texts and I'm getting near the 30 day deadline. I can't call SKY and the Virtual Assistant keeps telling me there is no han to communicate with me.

Hi @JaniceG74  you can't use a PAC to move a number from one sky sim to another.
