Anyone else having trouble with access?

For over a year now I am unable to gain access to view the mobile deals, it says I need to reinstate my account, I click the button it comes up with a green tick then refreshes and back to saying I need to reinstate, I wanted to add another device to my contract. It's getting very frustrating and I am considering changing companies if this dosnt get resolved when my contract runs out this year, 3 people o have spoken to on the phone about this problem and been assured it was getting fixed.... shock it's not. 

the other night I looked at the newest sky glass and it say I had an outstanding payment on my account which I don't everything is paid, nothings showing on my actual bills either

Have you put in a complaint by filling in this form:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints


This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Have just done this now thank you, honestly feel like I'm speaking to a brick wall on the phone iv had enough of it now
