I'm in the USA and I keep getting the message "sorry, we cannot connect this call"

The message is followed by stuff about the spend cap. But I have disabled the spend caps on both my account and my wife's.

 

Now it says that it won't even reset the roaming passport, also because of the spend cap.

 

Sky support is not available by chat at the moment, anf of course I am unable to call the helpline.

 

Can someone help?

Hi @robert6565  others that reported a similar issue earlier this year found that by making a small (£10) payment into their account that this reset the passport/spend cap and it started working again. May be worth a try ?

 

Also as well as the roaming cap check your monthly spend cap.
