I just open the phone the box was unopened on the back

I just buy the phone for my children and I buy 2 one iPhone 13 and one iPhone 16 pro max in the box for iPhone 16 pro max I find one phone second I send the picture never happened so I need to know what I can't do thanks

Hi @Raisacristian12  you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this. You will need to report it so they can investigate.
