I haven't received my phone which i have ordered last week iPhone 16 Pro. Other network provider gives phone on the spot or the next day delivery. I just got stuck in between DPD and Sky they just wasting my time. No one knows the exact thing.. I have called 3,4 times to sky but unprofessional and pathetic service. Some persons listened to what i am saying and put call on hold and transfer it to technical department or some irrelevant department. They just don't know what happened or where to transfer the call... Unprofessional and unehtical i am mentally ill now..

No dear the DPD lost the parcel and sky customer care isn't helping.

But they don't know untill i get back to them.. and till now they don't know what to do just waste of time and mentall illness..

I just called to DPD because my DPD app shows the parcel is delayed.

I don't think a replacement will be dispatched until they've investigated what has happened to the original. These things happen, especially on the run up to Christmas when million of items must work their way through a DPD warehouse.

It's SKY fault. DPD is just the delivery partner. Yhe mobile phone is SKY property they need to maintain check and balance..

I think you can blame Sky, as they continue to choose to use DPD despite customers complaining their handset orders don't get delivered, or they got an empty box or a book.
we have recently had the same thing happen, and was shocked when I started to google how best to resolve, the sheer number of examples of this happening there are.
impossible to discuss with dpd, agents don't want to know and disconnect you. After many hours I gave up and contacted Sky. Sky response "so you are saying dpd have lost your parcel? Well that's dpd's fault; we gave your order to them"
then you find out Sky won't send a replacement until it's investigated. But sky agent wouldn't record dispute and told me to wait another couple of days. It's obviously been stolen by this point surely. Agent tells me to complain to dpd, but you can't ring so gives me a weblink that doesn't work, so gives another weblink, where you get stuck in a vicious repetitive cycle making no progress what so ever.
waste hours trying to communicate with dpd -eat - sleep - repeat
so Sky choose to use DPD and leave you to do all the chasing and can't even provide a reliable method of submitting a complaint.
Sky need to stop using DPD (which obviously they won't) and they need to change the process. The customer shouldn't be unconvenience at length, DPD mentioned the sender can put a stop on parcels going out to the customer; so SKY need to look into making use of this; put a stop on a parcel that's reported missing (STOLEN) and send a replacement out BEFORE investigating.
we should have received handset 10 days ago now, no update from dpd no update from Sky, no idea what is going on. Can't cancel order until investigation complete. This handset is for a teenager who travels alone and is to replace a broken handset. We now have teenager travelling alone with no way of getting in touch if they need help! Companies aren't interested! Can't order elsewhere as finance rejected because recently took out finance with Sky!
