I have returned an iPhone and now it’s been sent back to me
Returned an old iPhone as took out a new contract, but it's been sent back to me and I don't know why

That is odd, may we ask why you returned it to Sky so was it part of a swap or upgrade or did you cancel within the cooling off period ?

@Colesy83 Did you send it to Sky as part of a swap option? They would have given a valuation which may have been different from the initial one and if you didn't accept the valuation most likely returned it due to that.
If the device's condition doesn’t match what you told us, for example, if it’s damaged, we’ll offer you an updated amount. You can choose whether to:
- Accept it and if applicable, pay the difference in full; or
- Cancel and have your old device returned to you.
