I have returned an iPhone and now it’s been sent back to me

Returned an old iPhone as took out a new contract, but it's been sent back to me and I don't know why

That is odd, may we ask why you returned it to Sky so was it part of a swap or upgrade or did you cancel within the cooling off period ?

@Colesy83  Did you send it to Sky as part of a swap option?   They would have given a valuation which may have been different from the initial one and if you didn't accept the valuation most likely returned it due to that.

  • Accept it and if applicable, pay the difference in full; or
  • Cancel and have your old device returned to you.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
