I have recently upgraded my old Samsung for a new one but haven't recieved the Samsung 150 pounds extra credit has anyone else had this

If you’re an existing Sky Mobile customer swapping to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, you’ll receive a £150 bill credit. To claim, log into your Sky Mobile account to start your Swap journey. Once you’ve completed the process, your £150 bill credit will be added to your next or subsequent bill.

Yeah it was done beginning of Sept all has been done and not showing on any of the future bills either

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

HI Lisa - Sky Tech Team Expert.
I Have the same question, i did a swap deal as im a current sky mobile customer and was told that the £150 would be credited to my account. the swap was completed on the 31st of October, but im yet to recieve the £150 credit on my account. Please can you look into this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Paul+spurs+fc the credit is normally added to the first bill after the 31 day cooling off period so if the swap completed on the 31st October it would be a few weeks before the credit is added.

I am currently having the same issue, my swap was completed on the 1st of October but the £150 still hasn't been credited to my account, everytime I speak to someone I get told different, when I initially upgraded I was told it would be credited to my next bill, that didn't happen so I phoned again to be told it takes 30 days, that didn't happen then I was told they expected it to be credited to my account around the 2nd or 3rd of November but if it wasn't done in time for the next bill I was to ring up and they would try to do it manually, my next bill is due to be produced on the 17th so I called again today, the 1st person I spoke to said it takes up to 3 months then I spoke to a lady who told me it can take up to 2 months and she will keep an eye on my account and let me know when it has been credited. Just really frustrating when trying to budget for the month to be told different things each time I call.

I also have this issue got told to register the claim through the link above which I did, nothing from Sky swap completed last yesterday and email from Samsung saying my trade in expired they sent me a box but I had already sent my old device to sky any timescales?

No, I haven't. How long do you have to wait. I thought once you completed your swap it would be credited the same day. Called sky they said it would be credited but they could not say a time scale. Not good enough
