We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

What error do you see when you try to track it ?
You will only hear from DPD when they are ready to deliver it to you, firstly they might say they have it and then they will give you a one hour delivery slot.
