Hello . I have recently looked at my bank statement and noticed sky have taken 2 payments of £40 when my contract is £20 a month . Can you please explain why this is please

Are you new to Sky Mobile as you will be charged twice within your first month as the dates on them should be different so is this what has happened ?

Yes I am new as in I took the contract back in December. It was to be £20 a month and I was charged £40 , but again in the same week I was charged another £40 so theoretically I have paid for 4 months contract when it should only be 2 months .
