IHi all
I've been using my sky on my mobile.
When I click on upgrade it is saying we cannot process your upgrade at the moment, please try again later.
I am in a position to upgrade if I wish, but I've been getting this message for the last few days. Is there a problem at sky's end ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Ray+cov if it's doing this with other browsers and after clearing your cache then you will need to call sky on 150 so they can place the order and look at why you can't do it online.
