I have been charged £12 Roman charges

I am dyslexic and I thought I turned Roman charges off but I actually turned it on. I'm in the UK. I'm not even on holiday

Hi @Shelleyxx1  if you are in the UK and have not been abroad then you can't be charged for roaming. The charges must be for something else ? It should tell you in your billing section of your account what they are for.
