My SIM card is activated after receiving emails however have 0 signal/seevice and can only use my phone when connected to a wifi was on the phone to people from sky and said it would take until Monday it's now Tuesday and has been like this over a week now. It says 'no sim' on my service bar area when i scroll down on my phone and cannot even phone or call sky to talk about said issue.

Would this have to be done via someone else's phone? As cannot call out on my own device.
