I had placed an order for a mobile but not recieving confirmation email

Placed an order for mobile but still haven't recieved it was due next day delivery and had no confirmation email. Submitted the order more than once and worried that there will be mutiple orders.

When did you order? Sky might still need to carry out the more enhanced credit check which I believe won't happen over a weekend. Possibly making multiple orders won't help in that respect.

Thursday night and was due to be delivered yesterday and haven't received confirmation.

The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. 

Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. Be aware that over the last couple of months DPD were having lots of issues with deliveries partly due to the recent Royal Mail strike action.

Apple products ~ There may still be problems with some Apple devices. Some devices were in short supply worldwide (on all networks, not just Sky), due to the Apple factory in China working at greatly reduced capacity because they’ve had further Covid lockdowns.

When it comes to deliveries the website is not that accurate so as you have discovered it will not be next day delivery.  

When the checks are finished you need to check that the multiple orders are not going to get delivered and if so you will need to call Sky to cancel them if they are. You should be able to see how many orders are showing via here:
