I got a new phone Friday 24th only started using it Wednesday I have no data left out of 100gb

Why had all my 100gb of data gone all of a sudden?

Hi @Emma3510  are you sure it's 100Gig not 100meg as many have fallen into that trap ?

Whatever data amount it was (and I suspect, like @63johnw, it was 100MB not GB), you only get a pro rata amount of data until your first bill, then the full about is available.

It means you have a tiny amount of data that will be used in minutes on a modern smartphone @Emma3510 so you will need to either top up from your piggybank if you have any other phones on your account or change your monthly plan to more data

They've deffo had me on this one. How do I change my plan without speaking to a robot each time?

The 100Mb SIM is really intended for where another Sky Mobile user on the same account is accumulating unused data in their 'Piggybank' and can transfer that as a top-up.  By itself, 100Mb is about 8 minutes of Netflix in standard definition, so really not a lot.

If you use the my sky app or login to your account then go to the mobile tab @Emma3510  find your sim then manage it and see if you can change it there. It may be that you have to wait a while before it will let you. If it won't let you you may have to bite the bullet and call on 150 for help.
