@Arek2

If an order has appeared on your account then you will have to call Sky again to have  it cancelled.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

We therefore don't know what 'situation' you discussed but to cancel the placed order call Sky again asap.

Re: I didnt order new device

The situation is that My contract finished and i have email confirmation from sky it did, then ive had a phone sent to me which ive send back, one of your worker said that phone arrived and My bill will go down. But it went up, when ive rang again They have said the phone didnt arive... and i own money to the sky plus My contract hasnt finished.  There suppose to be an investigation as call are recorded and i dont understand why i need to pay more, plus i dont have any extra phones except them once ive bought 2 yrs ago. So ive rang to dosscus that and that was only thinking disscused and out of nowhere i have email that apparently ive ordered new device. Kind of joke, which i need to pay for...

As you can clearly see neither myself or @Daniel0210 work for Sky as this is a customer helps customer forum so you will have to contact them as advised to get this looked into, putting in a complaint here might be one way to do it:

There is a well-known scam where your account is compromised (either due to the account holder revealing information or reusing passwords) and phones are ordered on your account.  The scammer then arranges for the phone to be 'returned' - but it doesn't go to Sky.  End result is the scammer has the phone and you are paying for it...

Not sure if that's the case here?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Arek2

If the unexpected phone was expensive (typically an iPhone) and you sent it back to any address other than Unipart Group in Nuneaton, then unfortunately that's a scam.
