I went onto the Sky site looking to increase my data allowance. Imagine my surprise when I received a totally new SIM! It looks from my Messages that Sky think I'm increasing the number of SIMs I have, but this is NOT the case - I only need one. What do I do?

You can change your data plan within your account - ensure you select manage on the correct SIM.
