I didn't want another sim

I went onto the Sky site looking to increase my data allowance. Imagine my surprise when I received a totally new SIM! It looks from my Messages that Sky think I'm increasing the number of SIMs I have, but this is NOT the case - I only need one. What do I do?

Don't activate the sim you have been sent so it will be cancelled and call Sky on 150 to ask them to change your data package for you.

It sounds like you've ordered an additional SIM instead of managing your current one.

 

You can change your data plan within your account - ensure you select manage on the correct SIM.
