Good morning I bought a iPhone with monthly payment with you guys but I didn't activate the sim card straight away and I just realised that I was supposed to do it before 31days .so I tried to do it today online and it was look all good but is not working I don't have no service

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.
If you don't activate it then it drops off your account after 31 days so you'll have to request another which will come with a new number.

Did you manage to activate it within the 31 day timescale as it isn't clear if you managed to do this or not. If you did then did you manage to get it activated ?
