I can't find the credit agreement to sign . I am the main account holder with the sky tv, phone and broadband. My wife also has an account attached to me with a sim only plan , but unable to find the credit agreement to sign . When I click on mobile it just sends me in a loop showing me new phones that are available. I applied for an iPad over the phone

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
