How can i get a list of outbound calls that i have made over the last 3 months

Chargeable calls should be on your bill if not still on your device.

select the relevant bill and a pdf version should be available.

View Bill > Previous > Expand relevant bill > Plans > Name/Number > Calls > View all itemised calls

or

View Bill > Previous > Click relevant bill > Download bill PDF (Use links in PDF)
